On day 2 we facilitated a workshop where we invited all the stakeholders into applying their knowledge to different methods that help us to collect important insights about parameters such as: * Personas * User Journeys * their Pains * Positive aspects * Opportunities Then we separated the groups into smaller teams and worked on IDEAs and finally defining what to develop and how the roadmap should look like.
